our lily pad...

feeling {sigh}...blue...

so the excitement is wearing off...

kids have been slacking in school (ok, their mama has been slacking)...

hate looking at boxes (packed, unpacked, flattened, filled with paper...any box makes me want to throw up)...

want the house together NOW! and get into routine...

lake effect snow blows (literally and figuratively)...

having to walk the dog in lake effect snow is just wrong...(for real, she needs to be potty trained)

missing the green hills of san jose...

missing familiarity...

getting use to the midwest vibe...

seriously missing club one and jimmy...

really seriously missing bible study...

but i still see God in the process and He is still good and good to me though i don't deserve it...

just feeling blue...

wanna take and process more pics (but that would require me digging through more boxes)...

wanna get my scrap room together (but that would require me digging through more boxes)...

wanna finish the basement so i actually have room to exercise (but that would require me digging through more boxes)...

guess i should focus on the blessings--job, healthy family, hobby lobby, chickfila, great new neighborhood, hangin with my homie, christy, super target rocks and kohl's and tj maxx, and i have got the bestest parents and brother in law evah...

still hate the process of starting over...

ok, not technically but we did survive the move to notre dame.

i have a ton of old pics to post and we are still in get the house in order mode (tar-ge' and bbb LOVE me), but i wanted to let all our friends know we made it here (and with snowfall the day after we arrived--the kids could not wait to go outside--but that'll wear off really soon).

i am making a note to self to write about "you know you are in the midwest when..." and "how to NOT get arrested at the airport upon check-in".

miss my cali homies, but i have been to chickfila three times in the past 48 hours to drown my sorrows (woo hoo)....
