i am reading a lot, learning a lot and then realizing just how much more i have to learn.
like....
baby's faces are not suppose to look like they are melting like major toht's face when he looked at the ark of the covenant in indiana jones and the raiders of the lost ark.
my first newborn/infant portfolio building shoot was jt last summer.
it was great.
he was great.
his parents were great.
i was learning noiseware and portraiture software in photoshop as i edited his session.
that was not so great.
and it's really been bugging me since i have been meaning to re-edit some of his photos.
then jt goes and sends me a blue box.
now i am thinking---great! my future son-in-law will look at baby photos during the slideshow at the wedding rehearsal dinner and wonder why was his face melting? he will probably think he does not want a crazy mother-in-law who thinks it is okay for his face to look like it was melting and dump my daughter at the altar.
so, tonight i re-edited my sweet jt's photo.
exhibit a:
jt...i am so sorry for all the wrong i did to your photo. will you please be my son-in-law?
